Diamond Women’s Support offers support in the form of services like free pregnancy tests, options counselling, mentorship programs, ongoing postnatal care and resources and more. We offer these resources to women and families facing unexpected pregnancy, so they have the information they need to make the best possible decision for themselves.

We want to remove any barrier that would inhibit you from receiving the support and information you need. So, all our services are free of charge, funded by dedicated supporters that believe in giving you a voice!

The length of an appointment usually depends on the kind of service you’re coming in for. However, an appointment will typically not exceed one hour.

Of course. You are always welcome to bring someone with you to your appointment. Emotional support is a valued part of this process, and it can be very helpful to have someone you trust with you.

At Diamond Women’s Support, we highly respect the privacy of each of our clients. Therefore, your appointment will be held in complete confidentiality. We uphold all privacy laws.

For ultrasound procedures we will refer you to your GP or family doctor, where you’ll be able to receive one at no cost. Diamond Women’s Support offers support services to women facing unexpected pregnancy as they navigate through the decision-making process.

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us. We will review the request and respond as soon as possible. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded. We will refund if there was a system error with the donation processing. We will refund if the recurring donation did not cancel correctly when requested.

All pricing and transactions on this website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). Donations by individuals can be made in the form of one-off donations, regular donations or bequests. Diamond Women will determine where the funds are directed within its services. Donations of gifts in kind will also be directed as determined by Diamond Women. Diamond Women can provide official receipts for approved donations of $2 or more. Donors providing single gifts receive a receipt for each donation and regular gifts receive a receipt depending on the schedule selected (eg. monthly donations will generate monthly receipts). Diamond Women accepts anonymous donations, but is unable to issue a tax-deductible receipt to the donor in such circumstances. This website is enabled for online donations using a secure donation server. However, despite the security on the website, you should be aware that there are risks in transferring information across the internet.
